Shipping policy

At Notions & Lotions, we aim to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every week, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are prepared for dispatch within 48 business hours after the order is placed. An Post processes the orders, which takes an additional 1–2 days. Remember we are a small business and have other commitments but will endeavour to have your order to you as soon as possible.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our location to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–55 business days. Irish orders are shipped by An Post after processing and leaving our site, items typically take between 4 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Orders are only shipped on Mondays and Fridays excluding bank holidays.
  Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.
• Cost of Shipping: The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order. 
• Order Cancellation and Changes. We normally don’t accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us.
